astral projection help (vibrational state)

ive been practicing astral projection for a few days now by using the rope technique. it works well by getting in a vibration state and a deep trance but for some reason i feel stuck and i still cant leave my body when im in that state. once i feel pressure through my whole body i get out of breath and my upper torso starts shaking and im guessing cause the breathing trouble. is this normal?
