Astral Projection and chanting Demon names

Ive been trying to astral project for a year now and i havent succeeded. None of the methods on the jos seem to help me nor does methods on the internet. I was wandering if it would be a good idea to chant a demon/ess name that helps with astral projection to achieve with astral projection. I read on the jos that chanting a demons name can be good for a goal or something to obtain for ourselves. just wanted your opinions on this and if it would be good and necessary for astral projection.

Do you meditate and keep up a consistent spiritual training program. Because if you do you won't have success, or very little at all. I had to learn that the hard way in the past.

Perhaps you are not open/ready enough for Astral Projection? Have you taken this into consideration? Try taking a step back and working on empowering and opening yourself up more before jumping into the thick of it so to say.
