Astral pr

Hi everyone... I try astral PR some times and it works on my astral body very fast but I think like my astral blocking is sticked on my physical body. I feel it turning around inside me and try to get out but it can't. What should I do guys????? And I think I see the astral plane from the first level, when I look my house. I mean like the way it is in the astral plane I don't know.
