Astral Meditation and Possessing People

i have 2 good ideas, but try merging conciousness and try to take
control of the targets body that way.
in other news, i was using a rune on my solar plexus in the show
today at 7pm pacific, and guess what?
i opened my eyes after the 5th time and my hands were covered in blood
from a spontaneously combusted nosebleed. but i felt a decent boost in
stamina and my awakness. im trying to decide which runes to use on my
shoulders chakras, as they are the strongest part of me. any ideas?
