Astral hearing, psychic hearing and pain?

Hello!

I've been meditating on visualizing sounds (just hearing them) and when I do it I feel my ears actually hurting... well, not too much, but it is rather annoying. Is this a good sign?

Also, is astral hearing and psychic hearing the same thing?

Oh and another question, a bit unrelated maybe...
Today and yesterday I had some headaches at random times of the day, but there wasn't anything which I could blame... It wasn't the pc's fault and I wasn't tired or anything like that. I also do the aura of protection regularly so I don't think it was an enemy's attack... Is it possible that my Guardian Demon is trying to contact me? Can I really be so dense as to not sense him/her at all? :/

Headache is a good sign that you make progress, at least if you are beginning. If this keeps happening i suggest to see a doctor just in case. When i opened my crown, 6th chakras and my pineal gland i had a headache too for a few days. This is quite normal when you are beginning your meditation program. The pain is simply caused by your body that is not used to higher energy levels.

Also, i doubt that your Guardian would contact you using headache or something. Just because you do the aura of protection doesn't mean you are completely save from the enemy.
And yea, psychic hearing and astral hearing are basicly the same thing.
