Astral eyes

Guys I see astral eyes to watch me when I close my eyes and meditate. Some time I had seen an eye like gray alien. I remember one day I was meditating about to see my spirit guide and since then I was seeing the astral eyes I had heard a voice like an alien it spoke to me very fast. Then I was sick. What's up with this? Should I afraid? I see a lot of different eyes.

Just ignore them. I see lots of eyes too when I turn off the light when I go to sleep. Or sometimes even with a lamp on in my room.Don't let them distract you.
