Hello my satanic family. I am making this post to go into detail on a method of projection that has proven extremely beneficial to me and that I have made great strides in learning and becoming experienced in.

For some years I have tested astral projection while remaining fully conscious and not in a deep trance state. I have noticed and verified from experience that the consciousness can be split while conscious between both the physical and astral body. The best way to go about this at first is the meditations for astral projection on the Joy of Satanas: https://joyofsatan.org/Meditations_for_Astral_Projection.html

From there one can get a feel and learn to split the astral body while fully concious and remain focused on the astral plane with their astral body simultaniously.
Some of you may have a difficult time with this and won't like this, I want to elaborate that it is not easy and not enjoyable at first.

1. You want to deeply focus on remaining fully in control while feeling the astral body leave and experience your senses there while simultanously remaining in full control to pull back into your physical body at any point.

2. When you finally feel seperated, focus strongly on all your astral senses in your astral body so this is honed in and controlled. Perhaps you are in a very pleasant physical area in nature, focus strongly on this sensation and everything you are experiencing.

3. Repeat and keep attempting this until you are very aware of all your senses in your astral body while in a very light meditative state. The idea here is to remain fully aware and concious of your surroundings in your physical body, while being split between your astral body.

Again I want to mention, this can be somewhat unpleasant and difficult. Really take your time with these sessions. It can take months, or years for this to become easier.
At first I found this VERY difficult and rather overstimulating. It can be very hard to hear and see with the astral sight and hearing in this state at first, but with consistent practice it becomes alot easier and less overwhelming.

My physical health was bad for some years and I experienced Inappropriate-Sinus Tachycardia which left me very unable to do trances and deep meditations, so I had to learn to do bilocation which I could not find much on unfortunately. I hope this post is very helpful for those who are interested in Bilcation. I wil do my best to answer questions on this, but keep in mind this is a difficult skill to master and I still struggle from time to time.

I would like to ask. For comparison of some experiences, perhaps more to Projection itself rather than Bilocation. When you project, or maybe near when you first began projecting, did you have or experience heavy repeating, reverberating noise and intense vibration along with a particular fuzziness in vision when doing this?

This is something that has happened to me a handful of times, and I can only say only one other particular account had I ever felt as if I really projected. It was the day time and when projecting, it seemed as if it was the middle of the night, considering all the light that would have been outside the place I was was not there. Upon managing back to my body, which was more an involuntary pull back towards my body after I did some exploration, the intense vibration was there as well. Extremely intense, this experience was over 10 years ago, while the one above was more recent. I am sure I could dig up lesser experiences, but these two stand out to me.

The second experience, more profound, was done using the stopping the chakras and opening them like door handles and walking through a door. I have not invested a tremendous amount in this since recently, considering there were other things that have needed priority over those 10 some years since I dedicated.
