Yes, that would be correct. The best route of course would be to clean aura with a mantra and visualisation and then apply RC 1&2.

Timing of the beginning is key. Ideally this should be started when the Moon is waxing and continued for at least 40 days, or to be made part of your daily routine. You should not stop doing this midway when the phase of the Moon changes unless you want to restart on a more optimal sign for it than you did previously, but in such case you would not have permanent effect if you do this before 40 days has passed. You can also start this on unoptimal time, especially if you are in a dire situation. In such a case it would be a good idea to stop doing this for about 48 hours (two planetary days for the continuation of energy to cease) before the phase of the Moon changes into waxing and restart doing it then, continuing it for longer.
