In the opening of the soul meditations the ones with out a certain number of days listed to do them like te throat and heart Chakra are you supposed to go on feeling how long you should do them or is there a recommended amount of days?

The Third Eye, 6th Chakra, and Crown Chakra are supposed to be done for a consecutive number of days as stated; however, the remaining chakras are just one day each.

Just have to state the obvious, but try to make sure your posture isn't the responsible one. I find that when I sit with crossed legs (almost like diamond stance in Yoga) I still tend to use my leg muscles slightly in order to balance myself always and it gets my muscles stiff and aching after a while.

My guess is (also) that perhaps too much bioelectricity doesn't like stances where your energy flow is constricted, and it results in painful 'knots' in your Chi/energy, so try to chance the stance in which you do RTRs (since they require some time staying still).
Never underestimate the importance of being comfortable.

The more places your energies go, the weaker they become. Evergy [sic] should be directed like a laser." So, it's not okay to have more than one affirmation/desire? What about having just two desires? Life usually has multiple challenges at once. So, why not tackle more than one at one time?

Affirmation doesn't mean desire. You can have as many as you want. To be honest it's impossible to stop having desires! They just arise on their own. The site only says it's bad to try to do a magickal working on 2 different purposes at once. An affirmation is used for directing the energies of the working.

Life usually has multiple challenges at once. So, why not tackle more than one at one time?

Because trying to send the energy on 2 different things dilutes and weakens it and no purpose ends up being accomplished.

Even in real life, trying to do 2 things at the same time only makes you fail both. You should prioritize things, focus on the first most important thing until it's completed and then move to the other one, as this way you do them faster. Magick is not exempt from the laws that apply to real life.

It's true that you may need to multiple workings (it's fine) but in case you may need one extremely strong spell you may need to deprogramme your aura or deprogramme other spells to focus your energy on one working.

Ah, I see. My thinking was, "Well, if I could use an affirmation to get something, why not use it for multiple things?" Haha. So, I have to use an affirmation for one thing, get it, and then go to the next thing. Got it. You're saying that having multiple affirmations going on at one time actually makes it harder (and it takes longer) to get those things. So, I just have to do one affirmation for one thing and I'll get it faster compared to doing multiple affirmations, which will take longer to get those things. I think I'm catching on! When doing AoP and when I have to visualize really bright ball of light, like a sun, and when I'm trying to hold it, my eyes start twitching and they roll up. I don't know why this is happening as I am trying to visualize with my eyes closed and it is a bit difficult to do it when this is happening.

Same thing happens when I'm meditating on my 3rd eye. Always when I visualize something bright, this happens, but never when visualizing something else.
