If you want to be famous there is a lot of time, energy and work that has to be invested in that. It depends what you also want to do in order to become "famous" (music, politics, arts, sports etc).
I assume you mean holding it upside down.
There are other avenues than outright foretelling the right numbers, but yes, this is within the realm of possibilities for those skilled enough in certain ways.

Craving for you man, I don't know who my DG is neither, yet and I been this journey many years, I think it's a matter of acceptance and time, I never feelt the urgency of connecting with my DG, although I wish and I am sure is been and is even now, still with me and I am grateful for that and will always be as I always ever was, with Them.
In a spiritual working it's good, very GOOD to start something but that depends of what it is, a spell, overall meditation for empowerment? And sometimes this is irrelevant as well because if for instance you let's say fall in love for someone or all of the sudden you wish something with all of your Spirit then you don't really need to wait for the Universe to somehow bring whatever you want to you, we are just small in this Universe and it will not bring you shit unless you ask for it and this means with your powers which resides within you. I see you ask about a meditation program for empowerment then you don't need to wait, just don't start anything that you plan doing daily in a moon void and you will be alright and also always keep track of astrology and the planets when planning and intending to do some things, as a good example would be when Mars is in retrograde in the current sky, if it is and then you make an enemy which you would like to curse him and send distruction then this energy will very possibly come after you, you're literally chasing yourself and people should always keep in mind this very thing that I've just said.
You do not need to wait for specific dates unless you want to perform the Necronomicon meditations. The simplest, yet effective way is to start 3rd eye meditation during Monday in the hour of the Moon. And even that is not required for the meditation to work as doing a little something consistently beats doing something a little more very sporadically. For progress to happen, daily work is required.
I want to add that the effects of the planets have very low to no impact upon one progression when it cames to meditations therefore you could always meditate and should in fact always do it whenever possible as making it the greater purpose of your own existence because realistically this applies to all of us. For necronomicon meditation yes that requires this but overall meditation do not. Do not let your mind doubt just because whatever reason today is not a wanning moon you cannot develop and empower your third eye, you still can. Keeping track for a reason such as this in a Saturday is reasonable. What I meant is overall meditation such as Kundalini Yoga, Raum mediation and many others. Yes, Indeed, everyone souls is more or less affected by various circumstances and this depends of someone natal chart as well, correct, for instance if one watches his curent sky transits then he might more potent to achive stuff and that's what I meant by either waiting for a good astrological love period when venus is strong and moon okay or if one is really urgent and desparte and wishes NOW then I see that's when it would be better for someone to do a magick work upon love instead of waiting for Venus.

I have an agreement with God Abigor but I still haven't paid my part. He did His and with all gratitude and respect I say this, It's not truly right to keep them pending but your case is reasonable, wait and see, connect with the bat, bring him near you, how do you feel about this? Excactly. You do not need to wait for these days for general 3rd eye meditation. The hour of the Moon and Mondays provide enough for this purpose.
You should be very careful to bring this bat back outside. Wear thick gloves so it can't bite you, and be careful to not hurt him. Find him in day time when he is sleeping, and maybe put a plastic container around him to bring him outside.
Thanks for the advice, I'm really having a hard time getting him out because I'm afraid he'll bite me. I'm worried about what he'll do, but in my country bats hibernate at this time. I'll try to get it out
