Asian looking White People

Are Asian looking white people still considered white, or are they more like Brazillians who are essentially a mixed race?

And can mixed-race people of two different nationalities form a relationship together if they have a similar admixture?

For example, in the case of the Asian looking white person, who (I assume) has a similar admixture to a mixed Japanese person who is White + Asian, (and Japan already has Nordic admixture from Lemuria).

The woman below is "fully" Icelandic:

Would she be compatible with, say, a mixed White/Korean man?

Some white people with extreme Scorpionic or Aquarian features can look Asian. Bjork has a lot of Plutonian influence on her chart and Neptune on her Scorpio Ascendant too which can make someone look weird and totally out of place, plus her Chart Ruler Pluto is conjoined with Uranus in the 9th House, I personally think that can heavily contribute in itself to making someone look like a racial foreigner.

Bjork also dyes her hair black deliberately and other things, she clearly likes the ambiguity.

There is a lot of Sami atavism in Scandinavians in general. The myth they are "purest of the pure" and "all Nordic" is a myth. Bjork's parents look like typical Scandinavians.

This woman is of mixed race, she is not white.

I don't think she has much asian blood. I think she has no more than 10 percent asian blood. I have seen a french woman with 1 percent asian blood whose distant ancestor was asian. And she literally looked mexican lol. Even if their distant ancestors were asian, they may still have this phenotype. But I have no idea if they pass as white or not.

Such people are not White people, but their own group of people, be it mixed-race, or Asian people.

I understand. So, should they have relationships with half blood people or should they have relationships with people who, like themselves, have a small percentage of asian dna but highly look asian?
