<td val[/IMG]Hey guys, I was just researching Asanas for Kundalini yoga. Some tome ago I printed HP Maxine's simple Kundalini Yoga PDF, and it has this short yoga routine and she said we could research and make a basic program for ourselves (which I started doing today) and I came across this website http://www.pinklotus.org/-%20Kundalini% ... kriyas.htm and the animations look like what was in the PDF so I was wondering if this website is safe to base my Kundalini routine on?

Also Some Asanas Can be Used to Direct Energy to Certain Areas of the body(Chakras etc). In that Certain Asana vibrating the Mantra depending on what will surely make up a difference . I do not know it in Detail but i will share the Knowledge when i get my hands on it okay
