Artificial lenses and improving vision?

I had gotten cataract surgery because at the time, i hadn't realized i could heal my vision. Now, since i have artificial lenses in both eyes, i can't really see anything close up unless i use glasses. I was wondering if I'm stuck with this now or if there is a way to fix that. Maybe it's just a vague hope that i have, but if i could have perfect vision again, that would be amazing. Could SATANAS work? Or is this just how it is now?
