Arousal meditation

Hello all!
I was going through my void meditations last night when an idea for a meditation came to me: one for inciting arousal. Here are the steps, if you're interested:

1. Go into a trance, clearing your mind.

2. Breathe in deeply, & on exhale, imagine your genital region alighting with red, filling all the way to the first chakra, like blowing on an ember.

3. Continue the breathing, intensifying in color brightness.

This exercise worked on me very well, & I hope if you choose to try it, you'll enjoy it too!
