It did exist that when an animal would be hunted or slaughtered in an absolutely necessary way for food to eat, people would often make a prayer to the Gods. But the prayer was not to drain from the soul of the animal to get something given from the gods to the people. It was exactly the opposite. The prayer was to thank the animal, and to bless and empower the soul of this animal to reincarnate safely and healthy in its next life. The people gave their own energies in a group ritual to bless and empower the animal, and requested from the Gods to help protect and heal the animal.
This is entirely and exactly the opposite of the subhuman animal jew and muslim who try to drain and erase the animal's soul, have the animal's soul completely erased and extinct, and try to use this energy for some other purpose. This thing is one of the highest level spiritual crimes and is absolutely detested and hated by the Gods, and by anybody with any level of a functional soul and morals. It is only the subhuman jew, the subhuman muslim, and the subhuman grey aliens that they follow who would want a crime like this.
But then why would Emperor Julian stress the importance of constant sacrifice (and he did mean animal sacrifice) to the Gods and even said this was something Roman Paganism had in common with the jewish practice of constantly sacrificing animals?
In his polemic against xians, Emperor Julian praises Yahweh and the jews. Why would he do this? “And yet, I call the gods to witness, I am one of those who avoid keeping their festivals with the Jews; but nevertheless I revere always the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; who being themselves...

I also sourced the polemic where he talked about the importance of animal sacrifices and actually criticised the xians for not sacrificing animals and praised the jews for doing so.
"But why do you not sacrifice, since you have invented your new kind of sacrifice and do not need Jerusalem at all? And yet it was superfluous to ask you this question, since I said the same thing at the beginning, when I wished to show that the Jews agree with the Gentiles, except that they believe in only one God. That is indeed peculiar to them and strange to us; since all the rest we have in a manner in common with them----temples, sanctuaries, altars, purifications, and certain precepts. For as to these we differ from one another either not at all or in trivial matters."
From "Against the Galileans" which was used by Zevist Personalities as a source for Emperor Julian's life:
"In Against the Galileans, Julian argued that Christianity was a novel superstition that had deviated from both Greek and Jewish traditions, offering nothing truly virtuous or wise that wasn’t already found in older religions. For example, he accuses them of adopting the Jewish idea of the one exclusive YHVH (which he calls “atheism”) along with what he saw as a contemptible, anti-social way of life drawn from the worst of Greek cynic ideals – resulting in a “sordid and slovenly” lifestyle. Julian also attacks the idea of YHVH as being relevant only to Jews and as a racial God of theirs.
In Julian’s eyes, Christians had cherry-picked elements from Judaism and Hellenism "“but have not accepted a single admirable or important doctrine”" from either, instead combining the worst of both worlds. This was an allusion to what is obvious to us: nothing Christians do ultimately benefits them whatsoever. They worship death and a system foreign to their racial soul."
HPHC also confirmed that the ancient Pagans did do animal sacrifice, but higher cultures such as the Hellenstic culture did so with great care and respect for the animal, especially if it was a cow, sheep, or goat. Chickens and other lower animals were also sacrificed but with less care given as they were lower order animals:
To say animal sacrifices are abominations to the Gods is simply not accurate.
