I wrote the question in High Priestess Lydia thread but apparently she is busy so i am posting it here now:

"Thank you very much High Priestess🌺
I want to make sure i do not do it wrong again🤭, when we start affirming, should we affirm while exhaling like in Temple of Zeus or we keep breathing normally while affirming, and should we keep inhaling white gold energy while affirming? Or it is okay if not but preferable? Since you mentioned 'keep breathing white gold energy', Concerning imagining ourselves glowing like the sun, should i imagine the body we have or the aura or both? i always visualised the aura as being on my sides, should i instead visualise it like a ball i am in, instead of only sides? I did it also in burmese position eyes closed, sometime i happen to forget and remember while im outside or at work, can i do it sitting in chair with or without eyes closed, it all works? i sincerely appreciate your insight🥰 lastly i am in a financial problem, can i still use the extended affirmation after overcoming this.
Hail Satya!"

My apologies for not replying before.

Affirm during exhalation is preferable for most people, but I sometimes continue the affirmation while inhaling. It's best to focus on drawing in the color energy during the inhale, and affirm during the exhale.

You aura is all around you, all around every part of you. If you hold out your arm and some fingers, your aura is around your arm, and around your fingers, as well as around the rest of you. No part of your body is without your aura around it.

You can have your eyes open or closed, whichever works for you.

Yes, you can still use the extended affirmation after overcoming your financial problems :)
