Any Meditations, Mudras, Chants, or Runes for the "Astral" Chakras?

Apparently, there are chakras outside of the body, are there any special instructions for activating and enhancing these chakras?  I am currently working on trying to astrally project and I feel like these "astral" chakras might be important to this effort...Any advice?  Thank you!

Opening and Meditating on Your Clairaudience Points  Meditating on Your Clairvoyance Points
These are the minor chakra's that you need to work on in order to develop your astral sight and hearing,
Before you work on those however you should already have opened all the other main chakra's, or atleast the crown, third eye.

These are all connected to the sixth chakra, but you should only open the sixth chakra after you have opened all other chakra's, following this program:
