Heyy
When I did my dedication ritual I used red candles with a green glass holder (is that okay? ) Andd I wrote the prayer and lit the candle and lit some incense and where it said [state name here] I wrote my full name in blue ink (the whole prayer was blue ink :/) And my name is
"Mark William Dinwiddie". Andd then I tried tew cut my finger with a knife but that didn't work and soo I ran down stairs and got a razor and cut my finger and only signed "Mark Dinwiddie" at the bottom of the page. Is that okayy?? and then I burned the paper. . . And I forgot to say the prayer!! Soo I realized that after I burned the paper and so I said it aloud. Is that okay?? . . And then I get the ashes of the paper in a silver bowl that I burned it in. . . What should I do with the ashes?! And then I went into a trance for a while and then I went downstairs and let the candle burn. . . But when I came back up stairs the candle had fallen down. . . I phut it back up and tapped it a lil and it wouldn't fall down. Soo it would take some force to push the candle down (See where im going?) Lol anyway. . Im mainnly wondering if my dedication ritual worked.?

    Your fine, dont totally like flip out. Lol. A mishap here and there wont keep Father Satan  from accepting you. Plus contrary to what you hear, Spiritual Satanist knows the use for each candle. We dont just sit around in a circle full of black candles. Red happens to be one of Father Satans colors. The Egyptian Sun God Amon Ra, his candle color is red or gold. Great Godess Beleth, her candle color is also red. You see where im going with this. Your Dedication Ritual did work.
The key factor is that no matter if you don't have this, or you used this to substitute for that, etc. Father will accept the Dedication Ritual so long as it is your desire to be a Spiritual Satanist.

I know that red candles are one of Satan's colors. Along with blue.
Its just that I read that you are supposed to use them for hate rituals O_O
