Hail Brothers and Sisters! A quick question please, thank you :D

I was breathing energy into the chakras.

When I finished the meditation (and absorbed in the last chakra: the Crown) I noticed that every time I breathed (consciously at least, maybe because I was focused on reading something on Instagram, etc. and therefore my breathing was not involuntary) I spontaneously visualized white gold energy entering my Crown Chakra and I felt it strengthening accordingly.

I didn't make any effort to visualize and I didn't have to focus on it, it was completely spontaneous. Is this normal? And if so, how do I manage it so that it can happen not with a specific chakra, but with the entire soul?

THANK YOU, my beloved!

Probably the Crown Chakra needs more energy. You can absorb either gold-white energy or Chakra-specific color, even for all Chakras.

Technically it is a positive experience, because one should absorb energy with each breath during the day.

Yes , is normal when one visualize/breath/absorbs energy into their chakra to feel them more then before.

Chakra is one thing, soul is another , if you want to feel your soul then meditate on it and breath/absorb into it.

Planetary Sun Square , the Spiritual version can be done for not only Solar Chakra but also for the Soul itself. Overall Meditation empowers the soul but I think Yoga and especially Kundalini Yoga does this the best.

Try doing Kundalini Yoga for a week or two and keep carry on every day , see how you feel it then, but do it well , never rush anything , like doing it in a mocking way or rush way, to it proper , the final result is what we looking for , no point into rushing.
