another post about opening a chakra

My problem is with the chant to open the third eye because i still live with my baptist mother in a small duplex where she complains of noises at the lowest volumes. sometimes she leaves the house but not for 4 consecutive days in a row, I need to know if there is a way to speed up the process because i really need to get it open already the only things ive been doing are void,energy and chakra spins,yoga,and i opened the throat chakra.
