The above poem reveals a lot. The "lotus tree in the seventh heaven" is the
crown chakra. The crown chakra has always been represented as a lotus, both
in the Ancient Far East and in Ancient Egypt.

Here is another meditation that is very powerful. You have to get the
chanting and vibration correct. Just do the best you can. The key is to
*feel* the vibration in your crown chakra.

1.Fold your hands, but keep your index fingers extended and pointed
and together.

2. Breathe in energy through your crown chakra and on the exhale,
chant: "ENKI." The correct chant is identical to the English words-
Eye- Inn- kee. Draw this out. To do it correctly, begin and vibrate
the word "eye" and when you vibrate the "inn," extend the I sound and
exaggerate this with your tongue very close to the back of your throat as
this creates a circuit. Then vibrate the "nn" feeling it in your crown
chakra and when you vibrate the "kee," do the same with an exaggerated
emphasis on the rear throat. This is close to chanting gee- a hard G, as in
the word "gate." The "ee" is vibrated with exaggeration and focused o the
crown chakra.

3.At the same time, visualize your crown chakra spinning, with all
your focus on your crown.

4.Repeat this 11 times.

Just a tip that I do myself- I listen to my music on my headphones and can
only feel my vibration. This is my own deal, it may be distracting for some
of you- just a tip.

i just did thee meditation a little while ago.
I feel very light-headed, at peace, carefree and "intuitive"(like
the day after dedicating)
I can feel my crown chakra strongly without focusing on it.
This feels like spinning the chakra at the speed of light. The
results are instantaneous!

Immediately after finishing i felt a quick energy stream around my
tonsil area. And lastly, the chanting seems to have stimulated my
6th chakra and i now feel throbbing in that region.

Very cool exercises!!!

1. How did your crown chakra feel after the meditation?
Very, very open, it felt as though a small weight was on my head, far
from unpleasant, when I focus on it I drift into a state of bliss. It
is also very tempting not to come back from focusing on my crown
chakra, as the bliss state is very strong.

2. Did you experience any strong or strange dreams or thoughts
following the meditation?
A very strong urge to meditate, but im not sure if this is unusual,
as my GD is normally pestering me to meditate more anyway.

3. Did you `see' anything unusual with your third eye? If so, was it
positive? Negative? Meaningless?
I got a really strong image that wouldn't go away, it was of a
brilliant white flower blossoming on my crown chakra and spinning
very quickly. This flower kept blossoming more and more petals, and
still is whenever I focus on my crown. Also, in the centre of this
flower is a brilliant violet flame, not small, but not too large
either, it is very beautiful.

4. Did you experience any unusual astral smells? If so, were they
positive? Negative? Meaningless?
A strong smell of brushed steel, positive, as I rather like the
smell :)

5. How did your crown chakra feel one day after the meditation?
12 hours - strong pain in my crown chakra and the front of my skull,
there was no physical reason this should occur, and the pain has been
growing since about 3 hours after the meditation.
24 hours later - stron sense of peace and harmony, still slight pain,
but nothing severe.
6. When `looking' at your crown chakra, how did it appear to you
astrally?
A very vibrant white flower, with a violet flame in the middle.

7. Any other experiences related to the meditation you want to share?
Very pleasant meditation, but didn't quite have the same blown away
factor for me as the last one did, but my crown chakra always has
seemed to be my strongest one.
My third eye, 6th chakra and Pineal gland responded very well to the
meditation, and i can feel my third eye, 6th chakra and crown chakra
when i am out of a trance state.

sorry in advance for this. I'll try to keep, my experiences in 1
post. lol

But in the night, after doing the exercise i had the 2 strangest
dream ive ever had in my life.
It involved a very tame boa constrictor and very tame, elusive baby
goat with horns. This goat was very loving, caring and tame and was
VERY WHITE like snow and silky. I caught both these animals in the
wild only to discover in captivity that they were both loving.
