Animals and their thoughts etc

what do animals think about? i know they thinks in pictures etc but how? what goes on in their head? an when they get bored, how do they think? i really want to know how their minds function on the daily basis. thanks in advance.

They are just like us. They are self aware and have emotions. And I believe they have souls as well.

yes, i am already aware of that. i guess i was just looking for a more detailed specific answer when it comes to their thoughts processes and how their mind functions.
