Animal Rights?

I was wondering about what the JoS community (and Satanists in general) think about animal rights.
Do you think humans should be allowed to kill or hurt animals for sport/hunting, food, medical or scientific research or product testing?
I have heard many conflicting views about this as it's a pretty controversial subject but I'd be interested in hearing what you think.

Food? Definitely. But, it should also be humane.

Personally, I disagree with those other reasons for killing animals.

I'm sure some others here will add some interesting viewpoints.

No, as it's been said there are only a few rules here. They are 1)don't hurt a small child, 2)don't hurt an animal unless for food or self-defense (no other reasons), 3)don't hurt a fellow Dedicated Satanist and 4)don't try to abuse or disrespect our Gods/Daemons. These are big ones. For example in regards to animals there was a post about a person who was abusing horses for fun. We did a destruction ritual against her. Also see this group:

HP Pythia stated that most domesticated animals on earth are from other planets, I can't remember where she said it though.. I'll try to find it

I believe that as long as it is for food and it is a justified need, it is acceptable. However, torturing or killing them for fun, is not something nice.... They should be treated with dignity. (No, I am not suggesting in any case vegetarianism). Worth to mention that from what I have read, a great deal of Satanists have pets .HP Pythia has cats that are occasionally heard in her audio sermons and mentioned.

Note: Other sites might say otherwise or say that there are some animals that some particular Gods do not like, at any rate this is no excuse to kill or torture them. As for sacrifices, the only thing you can "sacrifice" here is your time. Sacrifices are of the enemy, as stated in their books.
