angels and the grays

i was reading on the ToZ website and there was some things about grays and angels i'm still new and would like to know a little more about it are angels and grays the same thing? are the grays the ''enemy'' and if so why? can someone help me with this?

The greys are of the enemy and the enemy Nordics are the angels. Sometimes these filthy things will try and pose as one of our Gods and try to deceive us.
