Ancient-Forums Email Function Restored

Greetings family,

I was able to work with HP and restore the email function to Ancient Forums. This means you can now receive password reset emails.

If you have previously lost an account and would like it back, and also have access to the old email, you can now do so.

Please attempt this method first before contacting HP for this. However, if you do not receive an email at all, please let me know.

Thank you I recovered my account.

This is just a question. Back then(prior to the time when the mails from the forum stopped coming on protonmail), I was subscribed to Important articles, and was receiving a mail when a new topic was posted. I never unsubscribed.
Now that the function was fixed, I got mails for every reply on the new topics. Is this how it's supposed to be? Do we automatically receive notifications for replies if we are subcribed to the respective forums?

Yes, in fact you should be receiving all email from everything you have subscribed to. The forums have been trying to send out these emails this whole time, but was unable to. Now that the pathway is opened, this means you will receive these emails.
