I came accross this and thought it was interesting. I am not an 8 hour a night person and since doing power meditation my sleeping pattern changes now and then sometimes I need a lot more sleep or periods of rest more but my mind is still alert body just needs to rest. Then other times I need less again and I'm go go go. I think I am the siesta type sleeper, an hour or 2 in the day at some point and less at night I am usually up till the AM meditating or thinking even if my body is stuffed. Sometimes I cannot sleep in the night at all and have to push through 24 hours with none and that is a big drain because I have to work in the day but from home so I can still squeeze in a few hours sleep if I must.

Interesting to know about how Gentiles are naturally meant to sleep compared to what is forced onto us by the kike setup of work all day sleep all night I never really thought about it till I read this, that it probably is not natural for us. Animals I notice sleep on and off day and night as they need it or can get it usually after eating.

Lately my sleep is getting more broken and I have been needing some sleep in the afternoon or earlier at night. So I do more jobs in the morning to get them out of the way so I can have a sleep later if I need to. Then often I am up from around 10pm till 3am or later have another few hours then up again. I am finding it better to organise my day so I can sleep when I need to but not everyone can do that unfortunately. I have been getting more meditations in I find it easiest to meditate before I go to sleep as my body is getting more relaxed. Or a couple of hours after waking Void is deffinately easier for me though when I am tired. I prop myself up so I don't fall asleep though.

I was in Spain in June/July, where everybody takes siestas so we did as well. I really enjoyed it, and felt much more relaxed and alert and was able to stay up late at night, which is something I don't usually do as I prefer to get up early. I should try doing it again here, but I never think about it.
