am really depressed and stressed

Im really depressed atm, im about ready to switch cellphone companys for Yuletide as a gift to myself for staying alive when i thought i couldnt..My phone is always acting up and my mom refuses to throw it away and wants to keep it for herself when i transfer services..i have it oddly set to give emails to my phone even tho theres no setting in my email or phone for the alerts..one happens to be for me checking my Yahoo which contains the satantic stuff..id hate for her to see that and im wondering if anyone is fimilar with that stuff and how to make it stop? as for my depression..i havent been always depressed before..but somedays i feel i get hurt so easily its like a dagger through a peach instead of wool and steel. i know part of this is Human Hormones..but the worry is overwhelming me..i have a phone with AT&T btw. they do use Sim cards..so does anyone know if they email the sim card or the phone? Thanks for Your guys Support on this, as my one friend is xian and does not know technology as well as most do and to mention satanism as apart of my problem would set her off, i have no other friends to really talk my worries to so if u could help me out thatd be awesome .
