You can breathe in energy whenever and wherever you are - e.g. standing in a queue in a shop, you can breathe in some for a few seconds to help your Aura and cleaning your Chakras. You don't need to be in a quiet area and time to do it, but if you prefer to be, then the Foundation Meditation can be done at home with little or no disturbances, where you can concentrate properly. Meditations and workings are very individual. That means you can do it your own way - you might just need to try different things to see which works best for you.
