Am confused

On the returning causes part 1 it says vizualize a brilliant sun descending down and scanning your body removing every negative energy and pile it up,and on the returning curses part 2 it says raise your energy with surya,and then do the returning curses part 1.dose this mean the returning curses part 2 consist of 1 and 2.the only difference I find in part two is raising your energy but it still consist of returning curses part one.


And I also wish to tell the HP's that there are some errors on the page,some symbols are attached to the words,thanks
