Alter and Dedication to Satan

How do I set up a Alter and Dedicate myself to Satan? I'm very new to this path, and would like to learn more. Also, I'm on a tight budget where can I get Items for my Alter for a Decent price?

Note that having a material altar isn't necessary. It's totally optional. Spiritual Satanism is a religion of the mind and soul and it doesn't depend on any material props. I've never ever had a material altar myself even though I'm a dedicated Spiritual Satanist for many years..
Anyway, the first questions are answered in the main site. The last one I obviously don't know

Props are not necessary in Satanism. All you need is a candle, some clean paper, a sterilized razor to cut yourself and of course a simple pen or pencil.
