Whenever I try to align my chakras, I cant make them stay straight, that is, I try to feel/visualize them as pyramids with a beam of energy coming out the top, but they wont stay straight in the center of my body, the beam sort of rocks back and forth, or veers to one side and stays there. And tips on how I make them stay centered and focused?
Also, another, possibly unrelated, question; whenever I meditate, I always start yawning as if I'm really sleepy, even if Its midday and I got a good nights sleep. After a few minutes of starting my meditation my mind seems to tire and I yawn a bunch, its very distracting... how do I stop this?
