Aligning chakras.

Hey, I just finished aligning my chakras and I've been feeling slight pains, not major. And kind of a headache too. I want to know, Did I do something wrong?

I align my chakras as I spin them,but I have never felt any pain.You might want to have that checked out by a doctor,as it could be something else that is causing you pain.

Brian, are you re-aligning them each time you spin them? Or just visualising them aligned?
Once the chakra's are aligned, they should stay that way so long as you don't slack off and stop focusing on them

As for the pains. Just keep focusing on your chakras, fill them with bright white-gold energy. If the pains persist it could be something else and I too would recomend you visit a doctor.

As other members have pointed out, there is nothing to be concerned about as it is just the extra energy that you are producing and its affects on your body. In time as this continues your body will begin to adjust.

Now if this pain becomes stronger and if this happens in one area than there might be a blockage of your energy flow and something that you need to concern yourself with. But again if it is just minor aches and pains than there is no need to worry.

Once the chakras are fully opened and properly aligned, they should stay this way. If you slack off in your meditation and chakra workings, then they can turn back into old habbit and turn around.
This is just another reason why you should be meditating every day.

Does spinning the Chakras empower them if you don't vibrate the code work for each one? Because when my parents are home i'm not able to vibrate them because my parents would think crazy lol.

When I was starting out I had to realine them a few times before they stayed. Now I can feel which way they are pointing. Took some time (for me), which it might also for you.
