Aligning a chakras - how many times?

My question is that how many times do we have to align our chakras? Should we do it every day, or will our chakras align themselves after a while?

There's no exact number as to how many times you should do it. I would say, just add it to your list of daily meditations. It can't hurt after all. Everybody is an individual, so there's no telling how many times you might have to do it.

I don't think mine ever get un-aligned, to be honest. When I clean (which is at least twice a day) I visualize them as being aligned (kind of obvious) so I guess that takes care of that.

Yes I agree Lydia.When I spin mine,I too have always thought that was aligning then too,since it is only natural to visualize spinning,and facing the right way.I too was confused about that.Unless you are talking about power meditation without chakra work,and to me that is pointless.Hail SatanBrian

As many times as you feel necessary. I tend to do them a couple times a week because it also helps you get a feel for the chakras and can help you visualize. :p

Yes, as HP Pythia has said, it is best to be creative and mix meditations, kill 2 birds with one stone, like the energy meditation and building an aura of protection, or void med to a trance to astral projection, and of course as you had said, alignment and cleaning at the same time 
So to answer the askers question, i'd take lydia's advice :)

I just had a thought while reading this post. Sorry if it seems like I'm interrupting. But I haven't opened all of my chakras. Am I able to do all the chakra meditations and such anyway?

Thank you all for the answers. I wonder what can make the chakras unaligned? Maybe negative energy?
