Usually or i think everytime i go into a deep trance, a trance where i can literally sense energy, the akasha is around me. I feel it, its very powerful. It seems to outpower my aura lol. Is it supposed to pop up like this? Or is this a sign that i should work with this energy?

It is normal that its outpowering your aura.I think that you need to try and work with the energy try to get a feeel of te energy around you.Im not that experienced in energy manipulation but i think that you should try to work with it.

Can this energy be used to empower myself? Like can i build up on this? or this energy is not for empowerment but amplifing only?
