After invoking light?

So what exactly happens after we breathe in energy, not affirmed energy just plain raw energy similar to if I was doing the foundation meditation? Does it just brighten my soul? and after I breathe in the energy how long does it last or affect me?

for how long it effect u n last its individual,nice!u r advancing!so which spectrum u invoked,i experienced in white,white/gold,silver,red,yellow,green,blue,purple already,my indigo n orange need more practice8p i never invoked brown coz the jos page didnt tell any information on it,but the gods tell me this,its masculine n of the moon,of stability,contacting natural elemental,decay n rot,male attraction.but i still not sure on invoking though it seem ok,opinions?kinda silly i know8p   usualy after invoking red n white i feel energetic,blue kinda calming,but it seem purple much calmer 4 me,u?
