I wanted to post some videos on traditional African dance. They are enjoyable, entertaining and give insight into the spiritual nature of blacks when it comes to expression in dance and celebration and singing in harmony. The dances are simple yet powerful.
The first video is strangely unique and mesmerizing and the last one is a bit longer but gives more info on African dance. I appreciate the physicality of the black race and our own sense of spiritual expression and rhythm.
