Lately I have been woken up every night for the last week by a spirit and he/she wont reveal who he/she is every time I ask it.I dont know if its an enemy spiri tor grey posing as a demon or if its one of ours[Im hoping its one of ours]I have been dedicated over five months now and this entity has popped up every now and then for the last five months.Lately now its been every night this last week between 3am and 430 am.For a while I was thinking it was the enemy but the experiences lately havent been negative like before.Now,Im not advanced enough in my meditations or astrally open for the Gods too make contact with me.Im assuming this could be one of our Gods trying to communicate with me or possibly my guardian,I dont know.These last 2 nights this entity has physically touched me but it didnt feel like an attack in any way.Still it wont reveal itself too me and I have already performed a banishing ritual and he/she is still appearing.what should I do now?any suggestions.

I'm having a similar experience at the moment - the spirit is like a light ball that flies through the air or like a bright star that quickly lights up the entire room (now it also happens at day light...before it was just at night time). To be honest I don't think there's anything to worry about, and I'm not forcing the entity to reveal itself, I just accept it and observe how it interacts, like you said; you don't feel threatned by it. Just keep doing your daily power meditations, clean your aura and chakras and do the protection meditation.

As we advance our minds starts opening up, and this is probably what's happening.
