Advanced Meditation

1.How did the meditation feel when you were doing it?

Very natural, I felt a feeling of what I can only describe
as `longing fulfilled'. I smelt a very strong smelting smell, like an
ironworks.


2. How did it feel afterwards?

I could smell a feint amount of ozone in the area around me, and my
chakras feel strong, stronger than they have yet been.


3. Are there any other experiences you had after the meditation?

I had flashbacks to past life's, just showing me different
meditations and stuff, and although I am prone to deception with such
matters, I seemed to remember that in Wewelsburg we would further
empower our light bodies after working with the elements by invoking
each of the elements into it at the same time, (each corresponding to
each chakra,
e.g. 1st = earth
2nd = water
3rd = fire
4th = fire
5th = air
6th = Akasha
7th = Akasha
8th = gold energy
9th = silver energy)
Then bring it all of the energy created into our heart chakra, and
then sort of `explode' it outwards into the light body, lighting it
to a brilliant white gold.
How valid the information is I'm not sure, as I am incredibly prone
to astral deception (to the point where I can't trust myself to get
in contact with a demon/ess and be sure it's them I'm talking to, but
it's wroth investigating if someone can get through to a demon/ess
and would be willing to check it out?

I've come up with a few things from a past-life regression session
i've just done, hope you don't mind if I keep quiet about where
they're from, i've been warned off of putting it on public forums etc.

Supported regenerating shielding:

Focus on the light body and light it up as brilliantly as you can. It
has been my experience that everybody's light body tends to stay a
certain colour, this is the colour you should use. (e.g., mine is
normally gold, so I would use gold energy).
Once this is done, and your light body is shining brilliantly, extend
thousands of little slivers of it out past your physical body, and
out into your aura, approximately 2-3 (60-90cm) feet away from you
(further for those with strong aura's). When this is done, expand the
ends of these slivers of light body and connect them together into a
large shield around you, supported by the slivers of light body. Make
sure this shield glows like a demon's aura. It then helps if you can
re-enforce this shield with the 5 elements, energy fromthe sun, moon,
planets, stars, anything that is good and strong and suits what your
aura has been programmed to do.


To walk/run faster:

Tune into the akasa as you walk/run, and as you do so, see the world
in front of you shrinking, becoming compressed, and feel yourself
striding forwards through it. At the same time, feel the world behind
you stretching back to normal. Make sure the area you are walking in
is compressed.


Empowering clothes/armour/weapons:

Hold the weapon (I shall be using the term weapon throughout this, as
it makes it easier on me :P) in front of you, preferably whilst
you're stood up and in a meditative state.
It is important you do the stages in order.

1) Connect your aura to the aura of the weapon at the vibrational
level, and change the weapons vibrations to the same as your own.

2)Next see your light body flow out of your palm (for other items,
everywhere it connects to your body) and into the weapon, empowering
it.

4)Connect your 7 main chakras to the weapon, along with any others
you wish to connect.

5)Sense into the elements of your soul, and SLOWLY connect them to
the weapon.

If performed correctly, this will connect your entire soul to the
weapon, and thus make it an extension of your being, therefore it
will become a part of you, (if you put enough energy into it, it may
become sentient). But like any body part, if it is severed it will
cause extreme pain from which you may never recover (i.e., if the
weapon gets melted down, the clothing gets burnt) so only put lots of
energy into it if you're ABSOLOUBTLY CERTAIN that this is something
you will never lose, even after death.


Guarding something/someone/someplace:

Visualise or see the person to be guarded (once again, I will be
using the thignt hat seems easiest to me, for the sake of my
sanity :).
Then visualise yourself stood there with a weapon. THIS CANNOT BE A
GUN. Every soul has a weapon attributed to it, i.e., if I astral
project, and get into a fight, I instinctively summon a wave-blade to
me. I don't think about it, it's just a part of who I am.
Now, visulaise yourself holding your weapon, and the area to be
guarded. See attacks from the darkness fly out at it, and you deflect
them away with such force that they never return.
See even attacks you didnt know were there, or were coming, deflected
away, see the person standing there, fine and radiant with joy and
energy.
Repeat the exercise in areas of each element, each colour, and every
energy you can think of. The more the better.
