Advance with missing Thyroid?

Hello everyone, my mother has had her thyroid removed from issues she had before I found Satan. I was wondering how this will affect her if she tries to spiritually advance. I already cant "prescribe" her the same asanas for her problems as it wont have the same effect due to her not being able to stimulate her thyroid. I was wondering what she should do/what you would do in her position. Thank you for your time
