If you find yourself constantly late, disorganized, forgetful, and overwhelmed by your responsibilities than you might just have ADD.

“zoning out” without realizing it, even in the middle of a conversation.extreme distractibility; wandering attention makes it hard to stay on track.difficulty paying attention or focusing, such as when reading or listening to others.struggling to complete tasks, even ones that seem simple.tendency to overlook details, leading to errors or incomplete work.poor listening skills; hard time remembering conversations and following directions.
But on the other hand you can swing too far the other way and become so focused on what you are into that you block out everything else around you to the point that if a building were on fire, you would not know. This kind of deep attention is called hyper focus.
Poor organizational skills (home, office, desk, or car is extremely messy and cluttered)
tendency to procrastinate
trouble starting and finishing projects
chronic lateness
frequently forgetting appointments, commitments, and deadlines
constantly losing or misplacing things (keys, wallet, phone, documents, bills)
underestimating the time it will take you to complete tasks
frequently interrupt others or talk over them
have poor self-control
blurt out thoughts that are rude or inappropriate without thinking
have addictive tendencies
act recklessly or spontaneously without regard for consequences
have trouble behaving in socially appropriate ways (such as sitting still during a long meeting)
feelings of inner restlessness, agitation
tendency to take risks
getting bored easily
racing thoughts
trouble sitting still; constantly fidgeting
craving for excitement
taking excessively
doing a million things once
sense of underachievement
doesn't deal well with frustration
easily flustered and stressed out
irritability or mood swings
trouble staying motivated
hypersensitivity to criticism
short, often explosive, temper
low self-esteem and sense of insecurityPoor organizational skills (home, office, desk, or car is extremely messy and cluttered)tendency to procrastinatetrouble starting and finishing projectschronic latenessfrequently forgetting appointments, commitments, and deadlinesconstantly losing or misplacing things (keys, wallet, phone, documents, bills)underestimating the time it will take you to complete tasksfrequently interrupt others or talk over themhave poor self-controlblurt out thoughts that are rude or inappropriate without thinkinghave addictive tendenciesact recklessly or spontaneously without regard for consequenceshave trouble behaving in socially appropriate ways (such as sitting still during a long meeting)feelings of inner restlessness, agitationtendency to take risksgetting bored easilyracing thoughtstrouble sitting still; constantly fidgetingcraving for excitementtaking excessivelydoing a million things oncesense of underachievementdoesn't deal well with frustrationeasily flustered and stressed outirritability or mood swingstrouble staying motivatedhypersensitivity to criticismshort, often explosive, temperlow self-esteem and sense of insecurity

I was diagnosed with ADD when I was a kid, and refused to take the pills. What I found that helps besides meditation is, Yoga, and also balancing elements. And because of my sun sign, I always have my head in the clouds, Ill find my self on auto pilot when im driving which is kind of scary lol. But you could have too much air or water, and by taking in earth, it could help by grounding you, and bringing you back to whats happening. "The meaning of life is to better yourself and the Universe" - Lord Satan

I agree with Timothy. I was diagnosed with ADHD-PI, which stands for primarily inattentive, so basically the same thing. Earth element works wonders, as is using the Isa rune, but not too much as it warns about on the page: http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/Odin.html

I actually took medication for it, as an experiment. This was about a year and a half ago. I had an incredible amount of focus. By the end of the week however, I realized I had basically turned into a robot. Next to no emotions, zero creativity or desire to create. And I'm an artist, so that was really bad. I quit taking them right away.

And Tim, I'm 27 and still don't have my driver's license as I know it could be dangerous for me lol. Maybe now I can get it, since I have the knowledge of meditations so I can work on getting focused before driving.

Well since I was talking about Planitary Squares earlier I noticed with the Saturn square it can give patience, endurance better organization, etc I was diagnosed with autism and then they changed it to aspergrs syndrome (I call myself an indigo adult though I fit all the characteristics listed on that literally and my aura is indigo colored with green now that im working on the money ritual I think that is a good sign I think Aspergrs syndrome that fucking sounds Horrable) void meditation helps, Tiawaz Bjork Wunjo all runes that can help you focus on things or meditate better if you are able the earth element invoking, is your best bet you likely have too much air and/or water, I do have episodes of being excited and really hyper but I enjoy that so I don't wish to change it or anything about me not causing problems in my life (lack of organization short attention span does so I'm working on that) I suggest the same for everyone as Gentiles be proud of who you are don't let the kike label you or fit you in their system especially don't take meds they put me on those I lost the ability to feel emotions I could sit and stare at a wall for twenty minutes I lost the ability to sense energy that I had somewhat as a kid not dissing all medications as I am understanding some people may not be able to function without something (work on that issue with meditation so you can hopefully not need the meds ASAP though) but the drugs like Ritalin adderal rispsdrol etc don't take the shit they feed you to make you a zombie. Also practicing trance, it's hard to do that but brings overall call yogic breaths helps, and possably the Sah Tah Nah Mah as its vibrated a as in saw for 20-30 minutes a day could make you calm or make it worse depends on the person. Whatever you do be you and never think badly of yourself no matter what anyone else thinks we are proud Gentiles.

Take kids off the jew diet of processed chemical, refined sugar junk. And its no suprise how fast all the kids with ADD and ADHD change into the opposite. The jew system has a med label for everything to get you a mentality that you are a need of their industry.  Not a suprise autism rates are connected to the vaccines kids are pumped full of as well. Of course the jew med industry screams names at those who prove this. And we know why they do that.

<td style="font:[/IMG]   I agree with Timothy.

Hail Father Satan!

The book is about coping strategies to deal with ADHD/ADD. And it will help you develop those strategies. But remember that the further you get along the path to raising your kundalini, the more ailments, whether physical or mental, will disappear.
I think the book offers fantastic coping strategies. I'm ADD and ADHD too. I have been since I was a child and it never left. I will warn you that the book takes the stance of never being able to heal from ADD or ADHD because of how the brain is wired. But they don't know what we know. :)   |

Thanx for all the info guys! Yea I def think staying away from any meds is a good idea.

I haven't gone to the doctor yet, but I'm nearly 100% sure I have ADD... It would explain a lot of stuff. So meditations it is.

I started with all the elements a while ago but stopped for other meditations. So now I will go and work out a new one to add to my current program.

I appreciate all the help. Thanx guys!

personally i believe that this day and age we use way too many labels on ourselves and try to medicate oursleves too much. i have two brothers with aspergers (a form of austim), a cousin with aspergers, ADD and PDD-NOS, and 4 other cousins with austism and a few other mental disabilties. my family has struggled with them all and have all succombe to placing them on the medications that the doctors prescribe, from research i have done myself and from other comments from people that have had these problems i have come to believe that medication most of the time is not what we should do. if you go through a list of symptoms everybody could say 'yes, i have that symptom' and then think they have something. the best solution is to figure out if its seriously effecting your day to day life, if it is, can it be fixed using natural methods such as changing your diet, certain forms of exercise such as yoga etc and then as other members have suggested, certain practices perhaps with runes etc. i would completely agree with the members that have suggested all these things already, but then you didnt ask for advice, you asked for a list of symptoms :) basically the list that was psoted includes everything, google it and you will find all the info you need both from the positive and negative side. best advice- research it yourself before you make any decisions based on others opinions. only you can tell what is right or wrong to you.

If you are experiencing any of the above I would personally recommend a book called "Driven to Distraction" by Edward Hallowell and John Ratey.

Thanx I appreciate the help :) but as I say, if I do have it, I don't want any meds.. I've been having these symptoms for 3 years and if I've managed to survive this far, why should I go on meds.. It just to know..Sent via my BlackBerryFrom: "saahirah_belladonna" <ewarner63@...   personally i believe that this day and age we use way too many labels on ourselves and try to medicate oursleves too much. i have two brothers with aspergers (a form of austim), a cousin with aspergers, ADD and PDD-NOS, and 4 other cousins with austism and a few other mental disabilties. my family has struggled with them all and have all succombe to placing them on the medications that the doctors prescribe, from research i have done myself and from other comments from people that have had these problems i have come to believe that medication most of the time is not what we should do. if you go through a list of symptoms everybody could say 'yes, i have that symptom' and then think they have something. the best solution is to figure out if its seriously effecting your day to day life, if it is, can it be fixed using natural methods such as changing your diet, certain forms of exercise such as yoga etc and then as other members have suggested, certain practices perhaps with runes etc. i would completely agree with the members that have suggested all these things already, but then you didnt ask for advice, you asked for a list of symptoms :) basically the list that was psoted includes everything, google it and you will find all the info you need both from the positive and negative side. best advice- research it yourself before you make any decisions based on others opinions. only you can tell what is right or wrong to you.

Of course the jew med industry screams names at those who prove this. And we know why they do that.

Hail Father Satan!

But you could have too much air or water, and by taking in earth, it could help by grounding you, and bringing you back to whats happening.

If you find yourself constantly late, disorganized, forgetful, and overwhelmed by your responsibilities than you might just have ADD.

“zoning out without realizing it, even in the middle of a conversation.
extreme distractibility; wandering attention makes it hard to stay on track.
difficulty paying attention or focusing, such as when reading or listening to others.
struggling to complete tasks, even ones that seem simple.
tendency to overlook details, leading to errors or incomplete work.
poor listening skills; hard time remembering conversations and following directions.

But on the other hand you can swing too far the other way and become so focused on what you are into that you block out everything else around you to the point that if a building were on fire, you would not know. This kind of deep attention is called hyper focus.

No one should go on these meds it makes it much harder to spiritually advance and you lose much of your spiritual ability. Not to mention it puts holes in the aura, I know this I remember having the ability as a kid to sense energy see some things I had some past life memories on the pill that goes away slowly it's not like instant boom but it slowly shuts down your chakras apparently. I knew nothing of Satanism at that time I was like around 5 or 6 when they started me on the medication please try to spare as many as possable from this if something is causing problems meditation helps if its not a problem it's just a kike label no need to worry. Just whatever you do the drugs prescribed for these things is Horrable not saying all modern drugs are bad but the ones used for autism ADHD and stuff like that most of them were created to fuck you up they originally we're scared of the souls being incarnated from Duat and anywhere else Satanists go between lives to take Satans side and the indigo people (maybe the same thing im not sure) so they wanted to get rid of their ability to sense stuff ASAP and brainwash them in hopes they would take the enemy side or not fight.
Hope this helps
