<td val[/IMG] I was diagnosed with ADD when I was a kid, and refused to take the pills. What I found that helps besides meditation is, Yoga, and also balancing elements. And because of my sun sign, I always have my head in the clouds, Ill find my self on auto pilot when im driving which is kind of scary lol. But you could have too much air or water, and by taking in earth, it could help by grounding you, and bringing you back to whats happening. Re: [HellsArmy666] ADD
If you find yourself constantly late, disorganized, forgetful, and overwhelmed by your responsibilities than you might just have ADD.
“zoning out” without realizing it, even in the middle of a conversation.extreme distractibility; wandering attention makes it hard to stay on track.difficulty paying attention or focusing, such as when reading or listening to others.struggling to complete tasks, even ones that seem simple.tendency to overlook details, leading to errors or incomplete work.poor listening skills; hard time remembering conversations and following directions.
But on the other hand you can swing too far the other way and become so focused on what you are into that you block out everything else around you to the point that if a building were on fire, you would not know. This kind of deep attention is called hyper focus.

If you are experiencing any of the above I would personally recommend a book called "Driven to Distraction" by Edward Hallowell and John Ratey.
