About vibrating words

Can someone tell me where to find information exactly how to vibrate words cause I want to do the rtr's properly. And please don't say " on Jos" cause that is obvious can u put a link or something like that cause I can't find it.

Pronouncing and Vibrating the Runes  The link I had provided above leads to runes, though the letters therein are the same as in general vibration (and is thus the same as in the RTRs). A tip I can give you, is to try and extend the vowels in a way so that you feel a vibrating sensation in your chest. This is what vibrating is, in this sense.
