The first word from the quran is "alef-lam-meem" if you spell it toghether it will be alam which means "pain/hardship/brutality" in arabic, it also has a secret kabbalistic meaning stolen from the Laum mantra of the base chakra and saturn, which is accociated with hardships and pain and brutality.
