About the initiation ritual

Hello brothers and sisters.I ve finally removed the dust from my eyes through the JoS site and I want to proceed with my initiation.I have a question: Is it necessary to conjure a circle and the inverted pentagram? Also, drawing the for cardinal simbols? Or can I just do in an informal way, of course attending the obligations as be clean, use a black candle and so on?  Which is the best day? I ask because I ve seen a beautiful dedication but I wasn't t sure because of all that simbology and reminded me a Wicca initiation, conjuring of course our Gods.
