I'm afraid I don't remember who shared it with me and I can't find the thread but a few days back someone here mentioned how we don't need to remain angry but rather, do the workings we do with a desire for justice.
At first, I was confused by those words. But after dwelling on it, yes, it makes sense.
The desire for justice transcends mere anger. It puts a micro-fine point on the arrows with which we will slay the enemy. It's not just about what they've done to me. It's about what they've done to us all.
Anger is still a part, yes. But it is the seeking of justice which gives it all real power.
Anger is to the yearning for justice, what a light bulb would be to the energies of our Sun.
And, whomever you are, thank you for reminding me of what I did, in fact already know but had been made to forget. Never again will I forget.
