Hello there , I was wondering if it s ok to use Berkano & Wunjo for strength / healing / power, if it's fine what affirmation should I go with ?

Please read about the runes on the rune page. These runes are not connected to strength like others are. They are connected to healing from a position of detoxification/fluidity, and increasing harmony, respectively.

In regards to strength and power, this is more related to anything of the fire element, such as Thurisaz, Uruz, Sowilo, and so on.
