I was thinking of adding the sowilo rune before my yoga practice or after to enhance my energy levels and masculine power.

Is this the proper use of this rune?
Anyone have experience using this rune for energy levels, masculine strength and power?

Yes. You can also add some simple breathing exercises to prepare your mind before yoga.

Not being a man, I am not in a position to indicate what kind of work is most suitable for cultivating masculinity. However, the use of the rune Sowilo can be of great benefit.

It may seem obvious, but if you choose to work with the rune before your yoga practice, it is essential to accompany it with clear and intentional affirmations, so that the energy raised through Sowilo prior to yoga is properly directed. Likewise, at the end of the yoga session, you should ideally and consciously program the energies elevated through the yoga. Otherwise, they would dissipate unnecessarily.

Oh perfect! The idea came to me like a spark of intuition after I was working on my 3rd eye. So maybe something like this...

S-S-AH-AH-U-U-U-E-E-E-L-L-L (x16)

Then the affirmation, I have never written my own affirmation before but maybe that'll come easier after trying a couple.
