hi. do I need to raise my energy everytime I do rituals? for example for ritual for 8th to 9th there isn't saying we should raise energy . help asap appreciate ithail satan

I heard once that spiritual power, once you are developed enough can be as sustaining as rations if you go deep enough into a trance.Also the immortality of the gods and having unlimited bio-electricity and never requiring sleep leads me to believe that this is true.
So yes an imaginary cookie could be more than enough at higher levels....Even my own appetite has been shrinking lately and I can make less last longer and do more.
Still nothing beats a nice hot meal after a good workout and meditation session.
