About preforming psychic attacks on others?

The JoS website says a lot about defending against attacks (which I am immensely greatful for) but it doesn’t say much about preforming them. The only real attack that the site teaches is that of pain and death energy. I would love to know how to mess with the mind of the enemy, make them see illusions, hear things that aren’t there, and cause them extreme paranoia and stress. Is there a way to do this?

Use the fire element for visual disturbances as it effects the sight using the fire element. Make it strong. Experiment with a friend on small hallucinations that aren't harmful have fun
