It's going to be a year later here soon. Just wanted to see if there's anything or maybe ideas to celebrate it?

Each of us is unique in our personality and preferences. It's not a copy and paste, aseptic.
You just need to follow the basic instructions regarding the dedication ritual itself (candles, phrases, etc.), you can do it in the woods, in your house, in a wheat field, anywhere. Simply ask yourself what you like to celebrate.

Congratulations on your dedication anniversary!
See what goals you want to accomplish this year, or if you already made a plan, go through it again and connect with your Guardian Daimon to guide you. It would be nice to take one or two big things you learned or now know that you did not one year ago and note them down.

We should all celebrate our dedication anniversaries much more, I’m sure everyone remembers that day vividly.

Ooh facepalm you already Zevist and want to know what to celebrate on your 1st anniversary.
So you can figure it as it's like a birthday. Certainly, as NG Ayleth said, looking back is excellent; it helps you become aware of who you were and who you are now.
